About Ahlmarks

O.F. Ahlmark & Co Eftr. A.-B. is one of the oldest family-owned companies in the county of Värmland, founded as early as in 1847 by Oscar Ferdinand Ahlmark.

For 160 years Ahlmarks and its company groups, operating in shipping, trading and industry, have continued developing through acquisitions as well as through organic growth. In 2006 Ahlmarks presented its best results ever, and today the annual sales of the Group amount to SEK 2 billion. Our operations include Sweden, Finland, Great Britain, France, Holland, Belgium, Poland, Morocco and Estonia.

 

Today, Ahlmarks employs approximately 1,000 people all over Europe, of which 220 in the county of Värmland. Based on the shipping activities on Lake Vänern as well as other business activities such as Byggbeslag in Karlstad, Miller Graphics in Sunne and Edman & Sjöberg in Filipstad, Ahlmarks will also in future be an important contributor to commercial and industrial life in the county of Värmland.

 

Parking Garage and Real Estate
The Ahlmarks Building in Karlstad offers parking space in a parking garage. We also manage the shopping and office areas in the building. The parking garage offers some 80 parking spaces for traditional parking by hour or round-the-clock on the ground floor and second floor. On floors three to seven we offer 160 parking spaces secured by locked gates requiring a coded access card for entry or departure. We offer day parking or round-the-clock parking.
